How to manage your personal information, password, AI credits, and account settings
Overview
Your account settings let you update your personal details, change your password, monitor your AI credit usage, and manage your preferences. All of these are accessible from the Account Settings page.
Accessing your account settings
Click your name on the portal and select My Account. You can also sign out from this menu.
Updating your personal information
- Go to My Account and click the My Info tab.
- Update any of the following fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Click Update to save your changes.
Your username and company name are set by your administrator and cannot be changed from this screen.
Changing your password
- Go to My Account and click the Update Password tab.
- Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
- Enter your new password and confirm it in the fields below.
- Click Update Password to save.
If you've forgotten your current password, use the forgot password flow on the login page at https://app.qnopy.com/portal/en/login to reset it via email.
AI credit usage
AI credits are used when you access AI-powered features in QNOPY. You can monitor your credit balance and usage history from the AI Credit Usage tab in Account Settings.
The tab shows:
- Allocated — Total AI credits assigned to your account.
- Used — Credits consumed so far.
- Remaining — Credits still available for use.
- Usage — Your consumption as a percentage of your total allocation.
Usage history
A detailed breakdown of your credit consumption is shown below the summary. You can filter by feature type or search by description or project name to find specific usage entries. Each record shows the date, description, project, and number of credits used.
Deleting your account
If you need to delete your QNOPY user account, contact our support team directly. Account deletion cannot be done self-service.
