Viewing Events
To view all events and schedule future ones for a project, first click on any project name from the My Projects page after logging in.
After clicking into the project, all previous events that have happened within the project are visible. To see future events, click on Event Options > View future events. You can search for events by name using the search bar, and you can also sort events listed by specific categories by clicking on the column headers such as Event Date, Event/Form, and Updated.
The Event options button allows you to:
- Create folder
- View archived events
- View future events
- View past events
- View pinned events
- Print selected
- Close selected
- Open selected
- Move selected to folder
- Delete Selected
When you click on the three-line menu to the left of an event, the options are:
- Edit event
- Close event
- Archive event
- Delete event
- Pin event
- View location report
- Combine events
- Move Event to Folder
- Assign Location
Scheduling Events
To schedule an event (or multiple), first click the blue Create Event button in the top right. In the window that appears (shown below), you can:
- Select the form to be used during the event
- Name the event
- Schedule the date
- Assign locations
- Set your time zone
- Choose an optional repeat schedule (note: daily means every day, not just weekdays!)
- The number of total events
- Reminders and when to send them
After hitting Save, you must click Event Options > View future events in the top left in order to see your scheduled events.
