Log In to Your Account

When your account is created, you'll receive an invitation email from [e-mail] with a link to set up your account. Click the link to choose your password and complete your profile — once done, you'll be redirected to the login page automatically. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email. If you still can't find it, contact [e-mail]. 

If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization has SSO enabled via Microsoft Active Directory, you don't need to set up a separate password. Simply go to https://app.qnopy.com/portal/en/login, enter your work email address as your username, and click Sign in with your Microsoft AD account. You'll be authenticated through your organization's Microsoft account and logged in directly — no invitation setup required.

 

QNOPY Web Portal

You can log in directly to the web portal at https://app.qnopy.com/portal/en/login, or go to qnopy.com and click on LOGIN in the top navigation.

Enter your username (email address) and password, then click Sign in. 

QNOPY Mobile App

Download the QNOPY app from the App Store or Google Play. Search for "QNOPY" or use the links below:

• Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.qnopy

Open the app and sign in with your username and password. 

 

 

Forgot your password?

If you can't remember your password, use the self-service reset flow. Your username is the email address you use to log in.

1. Go to https://app.qnopy.com/portal/en/login and click Forgot password? below the sign-in button.
2. Enter your email address (your QNOPY username) and click Send reset link.
3. Check your inbox for an email from [e-mail]. This usually arrives within a few minutes — check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
4. Click the Reset password link in the email.
5. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save. You'll be taken directly to the login page.
6. Sign in with your email address and new password.

Password requirements: At least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

Didn't receive the reset email? Make sure you're entering the exact email address on file. If the problem persists, contact [e-mail] or call 866-QNOPY-24 and a team member can reset your password manually.
