1. Add Out-of-Company Teammates to Projects
Sometimes you may want to add teammates to your project who do not belong to your company, such as if you use contractors for data collection. QNOPY allows you to add External Users to your projects in a limited role. Learn more.
2. Dynamic Event Names
When you schedule a series of repeating events on QNOPY, you may not want all the events to have identical names. Using our Dynamic Event Name feature allows you to name repeating events dynamically based on event date or the event number in the series. Learn more.
3. Schedule Events with Calendar Invites
When you schedule an event or a series of events from the QNOPY Web Portal, you receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email includes a calendar event file. Opening this attachment gives you the option to add the event to your preferred calendar. Learn more.
4. Advanced Data Search
The project Data Search page has been expanded to allow searches based on additional criteria. All searches must include a form, but other filters, such as date range, event, users, etc. are optional.
5. Office Selection
All QNOPY users will be prompted to select their office when signing in. This feature will better allow us to understand our users' needs and priorities.
6. Project Set-Up
