In order to view your data on the QNOPY Web Portal and share with other project members, data must be synced. While this should still be happening anytime you switch a location, event, or project, there are ways to manually sync as well. Manual syncs can be helpful in the event that you were offline when taking your data, if large photos were uploaded that didn't sync automatically, or if changes to the project (such as adding a location) were made while you had the form open.
To upload data:
- Use the Sync button at the very top of the Project page to sync all data across all projects
- Use the Sync button next to a project name to sync all data from that specific project
- Use the Upload button found within each event
- Use the Master Sync button found in settings
If data wasn't uploaded properly automatically, then you will see errors on both the project and events page, acting as reminders to sync your data.
